OliveTek Olive Sorter
OliveTek separates and removes MOG (Material Other than Olives) and decayed fruit by utilizing both visible and invisible (IR) light spectra. The olive sorter is a single-view optical sorting machine powered by our new, state-of-the-art ChromaxHD software. OliveTek is currently available in two sizes to meet your needs:
- 40″ (102 cm) wide, 50-channel belt model
- 64″ (163 cm) wide model with an 80-channel belt
