The Sesotec RAYCON EX-1 X-ray product inspection system precisely detects foreign contaminants inside packaged products (magnetic or non-magnetic metals, glass, ceramic, bone, PVC, and rubber).

Compact and effective Thanks to its compact overall length, the RAYCON EX1 can be integrated into any production line. With the reject signal, the total length of the RAYCON EX1 is 800 mm; with the integrated reject system, it is 1200 mm.

The Auto Learn function makes the RAYCON EX1 very simple and intuitive to use. This allows the unit itself to handle the configuration of various filters, making the operator's job much easier. Learning new products using only five sample products takes less than 2 minutes.

Detection Performance

The Sesotec RAYCON D+ EX-1 X-ray product inspection system precisely detects foreign contaminants in the product (magnetic or non-magnetic metals, glass, ceramic, bone, PVC, and rubber).

It can also detect other product defects (clumping, trapped air, weight errors). Reliable detection is guaranteed even with metallic and metal-containing packaging. Standard or customer-specific reject units can be integrated.
