DEDALO_00 Automatic Box Erector

The DEDALO_00 box erector is an automatic machine for opening and closing the flaps of American-style boxes thanks to advanced technology that efficiently prepares the boxes for filling, ensuring that even the lightest boxes are perfectly assembled.

This machine is designed to be integrated into an automatic packaging line, but can also be positioned autonomously to prepare the quantity of boxes required for the packaging process.

Carton Former

The carton former must be combined with a bottom taping machine placed at the exit to seal the bottom of the box with adhesive tape, hot melt tape or moistened tape.

This way the box is ready to be filled in an automatic line or by operators.

Thanks to its compact size, the box former can be installed in tight spaces and the correct box size can be set manually without tools in a very simple and ergonomic way or automatically thanks to dedicated technology.

American-style cardboard boxes – FEFCO 201, FEFCO 200

The machine can process boxes composed of grooves (corrugations) with a maximum total thickness of 8 mm. The minimum recommended thickness is 3-4 mm. The box must be made of good quality cardboard, suitable for an automatic process, with an external coating of 150 gr/m² and porosity such as to allow handling with a suction system.
